A permit to operate a temporary food establishment (food vendor booth) will need to be completed and returned before the Folk Festival (June 20-22). The permit fee is $30.75 made payable to the Gilmer County Health Department. Should you have any questions please contact the Gilmer Co. Health Department via the contact information listed on the application.

Cedarville Centurions/4-H group: Apple Butter, Cakes, Pies and Cookies. On the United Bank Porch on Saturday

Gilmer Co. FFA
: Strawberry Shortcake with or without ice cream or ice cream with Strawberries

Glenville Lion's Club: Hot Dogs, Corn Dogs, Snow Cones, Water, Soda, Coffee

Riverview Concessions: Frog Legs, Shrimp, Chicken Nuggets, Dessert Pies, Hamburgers, Deep Fried Pickles, Chicken Wings, Wraps, Tacos and much, much more

Dories Concessions: Steak Hoagies, Ramp Sausage, Polish Sausage, Pulled Pork BBQ, Steak and Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, French Fries, Lemonade, Frozen Lemonade, Slushies and other drinks

Thomas Center School House Cafe: BBQ Pork Cups (pulled pork, slaw, fries, Fritos, baked beans), Brisket Cup (mac&cheese, brisket and fried onions), Fried Pickles w/ ranch, Chicken and Waffle Cones

Gilmer Co. High School Senior Class: Zulu's Lemonade
